Some Democrats, including Biden, would like to see the president address the American people again. Clinton's address last week drew considerable criticism for his attempt to shift the blame to Starr.

Hel-fuckin'-LO? Does Joe Biden remember that he was forced to drop his presidential bid because it was discovered that some of his most important academic work was plagiarized? This guy talking about honor is like Ron Jeremy talking about chastity, Jan Crouch talking about fashion sense or Hillary Clinton talking about how to give good head.
